During COVID-19 we're seeing more carrier delays than usual, so we'd advise you to give yourself a bit of buffer time if you need an item or a gift to arrive by a certain date.
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please make sure that you have provided a correct email address. This email will confirm that your order has been received in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is placed, we confirm availability of the product and availability for immediate shipment. When your item is shipped, the full charges will be processed and an email confirmation will be sent.
Shipment times will vary depending on location and supplier. When you place your order, shipping information and estimates will be available at that time. We will provide tracking information within 24 hours of it leaving our warehouse to the email address provided. If you do not receive confirmation or tracking information within 7 days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations and Refunds
Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled within 24 hours without penalty if the order has not yet shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for return shipping charges after requesting and receiving a return confirmation code.
