Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please make sure that you have provided a correct email address. This email will confirm that your order has been received in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  Once your order is placed, we confirm availability of the product and availability for immediate shipment.

Order Shipment

Shipment times will vary depending on location and supplier. All of our products are printed in and shipped from USA supplier.  We do not take any orders from people in countries outside the continental US.  Shipping is free on all the products on our site to addresses in the continental US.

Supplier printing and processing times are on average 1-3 business days. Shipping times for economy shipping are 5-8 business days.  Shipping times for standard shipping are 3-5 business days. We use economy shipping on all products where the supplier allows economy shipping.

We will provide tracking information within 24 hours of it leaving our warehouse to the email address provided. If you do not receive confirmation or tracking information within 7 days, please email us at hello@marcybrennan.com.

Cancellations and Refunds

Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled prior to the product being custom-printed without penalty. If your order has been printed, you (the buyer) will be responsible for return shipping charges after requesting and receiving a return confirmation code.
