Blueberry Patch - New Art and Pattern Design

Blueberry Patch - New Art and Pattern Design

Blueberry Patch is the fourth and last (for now) in my berry series of art and pattern design.  It has been such fun creating the artwork in Procreate on my iPad, then taking it into Photoshop on my ipad to create the berry clusters, then taking those into Photoshop on my MacBook and creating the pattern.  For Blueberry Patch, I created an additional seven colorways that I will eventually upload to all my shops.  For now though, I have uploaded the original colors of the artwork.

Blueberries are native to North America. The US produces 40% of the world supply of cultivated, or highbush blueberries, and Canada is the leading producer of lowbush or wild blueberries.

Blueberries are among the most nutrient-dense berries and are low in calories.  They contain fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K and manganese. They have many health benefits and are another of nature's "fast foods" -- just wash and eat.  Plus, they're easy to drop into a container and take with you on the go.

Lastly, blueberries are just plain fun to paint!

It's not too late yet to order Mother's Day gifts from any of my three shops:

RedBubble | Society6 | Fine Art America

Have a colorful day,

Marcy
