Kheimon - Goddess of Winter - Photographic Print on Wood

The Horae were, in Greek mythology, the goddesses of the seasons. They presided over the revolutions of the heavenly constellations and represented the change of the four seasons.  This is a photo I took at one of our local garden centers of the head of the goddess statue representing winter. I placed it over an oil abstract monoprint I created some years ago. I think she’s a beautiful representation of winter!
