Hibiscus of the Month — October on Stretched Canvas

I created this hibiscus and 11 others in this batik style of painting on fabric, one for each month of the year, on my iPad.  If you look closely, you can see the hint of “wrinkled fabric” in the background and on the flowers and leaves.

This ruffled vermilion beauty on a black background is October’s hibiscus of the month. I used a reference photo I took at a wonderful garden center in Palm Beach County, FL to create this illustration. It will bring a touch of drama to any room in your home or office.
