Society6 Notebooks & Hand-Painted Bookmarks

Society6 Notebooks & Hand-Painted Bookmarks

Last month I was visiting my sister-in-law for her birthday, and I gifted her three of the Society6 journals with my designs on them. We like to make art when we’re together, so I decided to paint her bookmarks to match each journal.  They of course aren’t an exact match of my notebook designs, two of which were created digitally on my iPad, but they are close. I painted all three bookmarks in watercolor on watercolor paper.

It was lots of fun. I’ve been wanting to paint bookmarks for quite some time. They’re mini works of art that can be painted quickly for instant gratification. ☺️

This was a perfect opportunity to create custom designed ones too. Which notebook and which bookmark is your favorite?

This notebook design is Wild Roses in Hot Pink. Here’s the link if you’re interested in grabbing one for yourself.

This notebook design is my English Cottage Garden.  It is on a white background, but comes with other background colors as well.  Here’s the link if you’re interested in grabbing one for yourself.

This notebook has my watercolor fall wreath design with a fall quote. Here’s the link if you’re interested in grabbing one for yourself.

These notebooks come with either lined or unlined paper, and they measure 6”x 8”.  They are currently on sale for 30% off, and you save even more when you buy a set of three. These notebooks would make great stocking stuffers for Christmas gift giving.

The bookmarks are all one-of-a-kind, sorry. 😋 I would love to find a print on demand supplier for bookmarks. I think they make a lovely, affordable way to share my art with others.

Speaking of affordable one-of-a-kind art, head over to my Etsy shop and load up on greeting card packs with my Cozy Mug Illustrations.  They measure on 5” x 7” and come with envelopes. They have my cozy mugs for fall and winter designs on them and sell for just $15 for a package of 10. But they’re on sale now for just $12, so don’t miss out.  Order your greeting cards today.

If you love sending unique Christmas/holiday cards to friends and family during the holidays, you’ll love my cozy winter mugs with cute hand-lettered sentiments. The inside of the cards are left blank for your personal greeting.

Until next time, happy shopping and make it a colorful day! I

P.S. Please feel free to share this post with your family and friends.

P.P.S. Sorry for the quality of the photos above.  I finished them late at night, was leaving early the next day from a different location, and there was literally no space to set up and style the notebooks, much less use natural light. But I'm so glad I remembered to get photos to share with you!
